Is there, like, a secret to napping?
I'd like to take a nap right now- I have an hour before I have to be at work and I could really, really use a little sleep before I go in.... but I am not a good napper.
My mind won't shut up fast enough to allow me to just crash out for a half an hour or so. I'll spend that whole time lying there, thinking about how many minutes I have until I have to get up, or I'll think about what I have to do when I get up, or about my life (what do I want to do, where do I want to be, etc)
Then, before I know it, the alarm is going off and I didn't sleep for a second.
It usually takes me, I'd say, at least an hour to fall asleep.... so if I want to even try to take a nap, i have to have almost a 2 hour time frame to do it.
I need nap lessons.
