"Belizean" Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I'm calling these pancakes Belizean only because they contain some ingredients made here in Belize - Organic, 85% extra dark Goss chocolate from Placencia, cinnamon from Bel Cuisine condiments in Altamira, Corozal, farm fresh eggs from our Belizean chickens, and locally bought CocoNut Oil (replaced in the picture with a labeled bottle of coconut oil made in Bermuda)

You know how to make pancakes, right? Good. I don't need to type out the directions for you, then - I'll just give you the list of ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/4 cups brown sugar
4 teaspoon milk powder
2 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder
2 farm fresh eggs
6 teaspoon (or more) cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup water
Chocolate!

  1. Yum! Did you chop the chocolate bar up and mix it into the batter?
